Material Candy is a visual story of HalfHalf. The visual story consists within a contact point between the real and virtual reality to be on the same level of three dimensional functional objects. Material Candy is based in making process and design conception of HalfHalf, to formulate clear function of a poster. In that context, real materials, a stainless steel and a marble, on colorful gradation background make a story of dreamlike realism.

메터리얼 캔디Material Candy는 HalfHalf 프로젝트의 비주얼 스토리 작업이다. 시각적 작업물이 단순한 아름다움이나 눈을 자극하는 결과물로 해석되는 것이 아닌, 3차원 기능적 사물과 동일선상에서 시각적 이야기를 들려줄 수 있도록 현실과 가상의 접점에서 구성되었다. Material Candy는 HalfHalf의 제작과정 및 디자인 컨셉트를 기반을 두고 있으며, 이는 리얼 재질(스테인리스 스틸과 대리석 재질)과 컬러 그라데이션 효과의 대비 통해 몽환적 사실주의에 대한 이야기를 들려준다.
