Monile is a sculptural mirror that gives the impression of a long metal block protruding from the wall. The name Monile comes from the Latin words for 'necklace' and 'jewel' emphasizing the image of a mirror that is hung on the wall with nails. The mirror is made of a highly reflective super-mirror stainless steel material, with a hole in the middle to create a pendant-like shape. Monile is designed to be mounted on a wooden or metal hook on the wall, with one side of the mirror reflecting and the other side non-reflective, allowing it to be used from both sides. Interpreting wall mirrors as a sculptural and artistic image, Monile is composed of various widths and lengths, creating a sparkling point to decorate monotonous walls. The narrow types are designed to be viewed up close, while the round types serve as objets d'art in the space.
